Greaseless Frac Gate Valves

AHT offers greaseless frac gate valve solutions for demanding high-pressure fracturing applications. The valve design combines a full-bore flow path, metal-to-metal sealing and pressure-energized sealing technology to help protect critical sealing surfaces from sand and particle intrusion.

The greaseless design is intended to reduce routine lubrication requirements during frac operations, helping operators simplify field maintenance and reduce service interruptions between stages.

Manual, pneumatic and hydraulic operating configurations are available depending on the application. Full technical documentation, manufacturing qualification records and project-specific data packages can be provided during the technical review process.

Casing Heads & Casing Spools

AHT supplies casing heads and casing spools designed to support, suspend, and seal casing strings throughout drilling and completion operations.

Available configurations may include straight-bore bowls, 45° load shoulders, threaded, studded, or flanged outlets, and secondary sealing options. Products can be selected to accommodate slip-type or mandrel-style casing hangers, BOP testing requirements, annular access, and pressure-monitoring applications.

Connection sizes, pressure classes, outlet arrangements, material requirements, and sealing configurations are reviewed according to each wellhead application.

Tubing Heads

Tubing heads provide a means to suspend the production tubing, seal the annular space between the tubing and casing, and connect the lower wellhead assembly to the Christmas tree or tubing head adapter.

Available configurations may include straight-bore bowls, lockdown mechanisms, side outlets for annular access, secondary casing seals, and provisions for pressure testing.

Tubing heads can be configured for single or multiple completion applications, with bowl profiles, connection sizes, pressure classes, and sealing systems selected according to project requirements.

 

Casing Hanger

Slip-Type Casing Hangers

Slip-type casing hangers support the casing string through mechanically energized slips while providing an annular sealing surface within the casing head or spool.

Wrap-Around Casing Hangers

Wrap-around casing hangers can be installed around an existing casing string and are designed to combine casing suspension and annular sealing in one assembly.

High-Capacity Casing Hangers

High-capacity casing hangers are available for applications requiring increased load support and controlled casing deflection. Final hanger selection depends on casing size, casing weight, bowl profile, pressure class, and sealing requirements.

Wrap-Around Tubing Hangers

Wrap-around tubing hangers are designed to support the tubing string while allowing installation around existing tubing. They help provide reliable suspension and annular sealing in wellhead applications where conventional mandrel installation may not be practical.

Mandrel-Type Tubing Hangers

Mandrel-type tubing hangers provide reliable tubing suspension and sealing within the tubing head. Available configurations can be selected according to tubing size, pressure class, wellhead bowl design, sealing requirements, and operating conditions.

Technical specifications and connection details are reviewed for each application to ensure compatibility with the tubing head and related wellhead equipment.

Secondary Seal

Secondary seals are installed between the casing or tubing spool and the casing string to help isolate annular pressure and provide an additional sealing barrier.

Different seal configurations are available according to casing size, spool design, pressure class, temperature range, and service conditions. Final seal selection should be confirmed through technical review.

 

API 6A Gate Valve Feature

AHT supplies API 6A gate valves for wellhead, Christmas tree, manifold, and pressure-control applications. Available configurations include slab gate and expanding gate designs with manual, pneumatic, or hydraulic operation. Products can be supplied in a range of sizes, pressure classes, material classes, and end connections according to project requirements.

Gate Valve Construction & Materials

Gate valve bodies and bonnets may be supplied in forged or cast alloy steel, stainless steel, or other materials selected according to pressure, temperature, corrosion, and sour-service requirements. Metal-to-metal sealing and pressure-energized sealing configurations are available for selected applications.

Slab Gate Valves

Full-bore slab gate valves provide reliable, bi-directional flow control for high-pressure wellhead and manifold applications. Available options may include metal-to-metal sealing, non-rising stem designs, pressure-energized body and bonnet seals, and manual or actuated operation.
